Return and Exchange Policy for Accessories and Party Supplies
There are NO returns or exchanges on personalized items, invitations, tiaras, or jewelry, unless damaged or defective. You have 5 days from the day you receive your order (according to USPS or FedEx tracking information) to contact us via phone, fax, or email regarding returns and exchanges. If you send a package back without an approved authorization, no credit will be issued and no exchanges will be allowed. Exchanges for a different product or style will be charged the appropriate additional charges and shipping fees. You must pay for all return shipping fees. We do NOT reimburse any shipping charges. A 25% restocking fee will apply to the returned items. If an item was shipped to you with free shipping, once the item is disqualified of free shipping and a $10.95 shipping fee will be deducted prior to any refunds.. Damaged, altered, or used merchandise may NOT be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Policy for Quinceanera, Dama, Party and Flower Girl Dresses
NO refunds, returns or exchanges on clearance or sale dresses.
Dress orders CAN NOT be cancelled once the order has been placed.
Please note that every dress is carefully checked for any type of defects or damages immediately prior to shipping. All the dresses we offer are of superb quality and all dresses are new. No refunds, returns or exchanges allowed. However, if the dress arrives damaged or defective, you will have 5 days from the day you receive your order (according to USPS, or FedEx tracking information) to contact us via phone, fax, or email. If defective or damaged, we will be happy to exchange your dress for the same style, color, and size with approved authorization. No other returns or exchanges allowed. All sales on quinceanera, prom, dama, party and flower girl dresses are final. Please keep in mind that any dress exchanges may take an additional 2-12 weeks to ship. To exchange your dress, it must be in the same condition as when it left our store with all tags attached and no signs of wear. You will incur return shipping fees that will not be reimbursed.
All merchandise is shipped via USPS or FedEx. Every shipment is insured for full dollar value in case of any damage or loss while it is in route to you.
Abandoned and/or not picked up merchandise
Thirty days after the promise date listed on your invoice (the date on which Quinceanera Mall has promised your item(s) will be ready for pick up), if you have not picked up the merchandise for which you have paid for, the merchandise will be considered abandoned and your rights to the merchandise will terminate. This policy also applies to orders not paid in full within thirty days after the promise date. During the thirty-day period after your recorded promise date, Quinceanera Mall will use reasonable efforts to try to contact you by phone, text, and/or email which you provided Quinceanera Mall to request that you pick up your merchandise. If you are unreachable or unresponsive to Quinceanera Mall communications, your rights to the merchandise will terminate and all monies paid would be forfeit.
