Return and Exchange Policy

There are NO returns or exchanges on personalized items, invitations, dresses, tiaras, or jewelry, unless damaged or defective. You have 5 days from the day you receive your order (according to UPS, USPS, or FedEx tracking information) to contact us via phone, fax, or email regarding returns and exchanges. If you send a package back without an approved authorization, no credit will be issued and no exchanges will be allowed. Exchanges for a different product or style will be charged the appropiate additional charges and shipping fees. You must pay for all return shipping fees. We do NOT reimburse any shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee may apply to the returned items. Damaged, altered, or used merchandise may NOT be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Policy for Quinceanera and Wedding Dresses
Please note that every dress is carefully checked for any type of defects or damages immediately prior to shipping. All the dresses we offer are of superb quality and all dresses are new. However, if the dress arrives damaged or defective you will have 5 days from the day you receive your order (according to UPS, USPS, or FedEx tracking information) to contact us via phone, fax, or email. If defective or damaged, we will be happy to exchange your dress for the same style, color, and size with approved authorization. Please keep in mind that any dress exchanges may take an additional 2-12 weeks to ship. If the dress fits too small compared to the original measurements provided by the client, we will exchange it for a larger size in the same style and color. Dresses that fit large will not be exchanged as they can be altered to fit. To exchange your dress, it must be in the same condition as when it left your store with all tags attached and no signs of wear. Also, keep in mind that you will incur return shipping fees that will not be reimbursed.
Gold Jewelry Exchange Policy
All gold jewelry sales are final. If any merchandise is recieved damaged, please inform us within 5 days of reciept. We will then make the necessary arrangements to exchange your item. No refunds will be given and only exchanges will be made. All merchandise is shipped via UPS or Federal Express. Every shipment is insured for full dollar value in case of any damage or loss while it is in route to you.
